Introduction:
Welcome to PhysicsIn5.com.
In this video series, I will be focused on the major topics associated with the AP Physics 1 exam. Each major topic is broken down into sequenced videos that are no more than six minutes in length.
You will find that I often ask the viewer to "Pause the Video" and attempt a practice problem before resuming. Pausing is not required, but I strongly encourage it, as I find that students learn best by doing and not always by being spoken at. Even if you get 0% of the practice problem correct, the explanation that follows will be clearer with you having gone through the thought process yourself.
Following each video, I recommend trying the attached worksheet, which will allow you to practice what was discussed in the previous 5 minutes. It is always best to try the worksheet in full before looking at the answer key.
At the conclusion of each major topic, I have included a practice exam with sample multiple choice and free response questions. If you are challenging yourself, you will be completing this exam only with a calculator and the corresponding course formula sheet attached at the bottom of this page.
Course Formula Sheet:
Below you will find a link to the formula sheet used for the AP Physics 1 Exam. Each equation and variable on the sheet is explained throughout the videos, and I encourage that you print this and follow along as they are explained.
